GOOD NEWS and THANKS to our many exhibitors!! The Triangle Farms Raleigh Summer Fun NCHJA C Show, scheduled for August 26-28 and canceled due to Hurricane Irene, has been rescheduled for September 30-October 2^nd at the Horse Complex in Raleigh. Friday is an Unrecognized day and features the $250 Professional Derby as well as divisions for all. Saturday and Sunday are back-to-back NCHJA C shows, featuring the $250 Amateur Rider Derby and the $250 Wee Hunter Derby on Saturday. The schedule is the same as previously printed for the July and August shows, the prize list can be downloaded by going to the Shows-Points tab and clicking Raleigh Fun NCHJA C Shows. Complete the entry blank and just mark out the August date – there is not time to mail a new prize list – please email your stabling requests and entries to horseshows@trianglefarms.com or fax to (866) 337-4229. The show will be held in the nice outdoor rings behind Barn E, and the weather should be great!! Stabling is available beginning Thursday, September 29^th in Barn D and Barn E. Come and show, earn points for both NCHJA and Triangle Farms C Circuit Awards and enjoy “surprise” hospitality on Saturday afternoon!! Please let us know if you will be showing, it really helps our planning!!

The 2011 ‘Jump for the Children’ Horse Show, benefiting Duke Children’s Hospital for the 27^th, will be held November 8-13^th at the Governor James B. Hunt Jr. Horse Complex in Raleigh. With over $1,250,000 contributed to Duke Children’s Hospital since the show’s beginning in 1984, the show will again feature AA Hunters, the $7500 Welcome Jumper Stake and the $30,000 Duke Children’s Grand Prix. In addition there will be loads of hospitality, the Duke Children’s Hospital Silent Auction, the Duke Stick Horse Race and the Duke Children’s Hospital Leadline Class. We look forward to another great Duke show!!

The Duke show is always a sell-out so stalls must be paid in full at the time of the stabling reservation. Stabling requests will not be accepted without payment. The closing date for entries is October 21^st.

A big thank you to all of our Duke Children’s Hospital Sponsors, In-Kind Sponsors and Advertisers for the upcoming ‘Jump for the Children’ Horse Show, benefiting Duke Children’s Hospital, to be held November 8-13, 2011, at the Governor James B. Hunt Jr. Horse Complex in Raleigh. The print deadline for the prize list is September 5^th so there is still time to become a Duke Sponsor or Advertiser and be recognized in the prize list. In addition to a great horse show we are planning another great Grand Prix Sponsor Club Party to thank our sponsors, to be held on Saturday evening, November 12^th, just prior to and during the $30,000 Duke Children’s Hospital Grand Prix. Another great event of the horse show is the Duke Children’s Hospital Silent Auction, bidding to close just prior to the Grand Prix jump-off on Saturday evening. All proceeds from sponsorships and the silent auction go directly to Duke Children’s Hospital. Triangle Farms: Raleigh NC Horse Shows, 1st Quarter 2011 a Huge Success!

Triangle Farms celebrates huge success after another round of Raleigh Horse shows in the 1st Quarter 2011 are complete. Joan Petty, owner and manager, says, “Our turnout was fantastic and the shows continue to grow each year.”

Triangle Farms recently wrapped up the Raleigh Indoor Winter Circuit that is hosted every year at the NC State Fairgrounds. The shows ran smoothly and we had some great winners and prizes.

Triangle Farms is looking forward to the Summer 2011 horse shows that are right around the corner! Raleigh Indoor NCHJA “C” is held in July and Raleigh Outdoor NCHJA “C” is held in August. Both of these shows will be held at the NC State Fairgrounds, the best venue for horse shows in Raleigh!
